When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 5 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

How to Return an Item?
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. We advise you to email us as to if you qualify for a refund. The template to request for a refund is:

Reason for exchange
Some items can not be returned, these include, but not only; Clothing from our “Limited Roses”, “Peach colored attire”, and our “Red Rose” collection. The reason for this is because these were made in limited quantity and were only sold once.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling you may have paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, as we see fit, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. The size may not be XL, XXL, XXXL unless your merchandise is of that size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. In some cases where the problem is our case we will pay the return shipping, such as a manufacturing defect.
